Shipping Policy
The following terms and conditions apply to the customers who purchase products from our website. Our shipping policy constitutes of the following:
Processing Time
All the products purchased by our customers will be shipped to the customers provided address within 2-4 business days. Orders will not be delivered during national and public holidays. From dispatch to delivery, the timeline will be subject to environmental and external factors. Delivery of your items can be expected within 7-10 working days. Please note that we will ship your items within a reasonable time, delays in delivery are out of NutraHealix’s control.
Rates
Shipping rates will generally be $8 per shipment. You will be made aware at checkout what your final shipping cost will be prior to placing your order.
Shipping Confirmation
Our customers will receive a shipment confirmation email soon after the order is ready for delivery. They can track the product with the help of a tracking ID. As for return shipment charges, we accept products within 14 days, minus the return shipping charges. All products must be returned in their original condition.
Change of Shipping Address
Any changes in an address on the customer’s end, especially after order confirmation, will be subject to certain charges and delays.
Shipping Sources
NutraHealix utilizes the shipping services of USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The most efficient mode of shipping will be utilized to assure a timely delivery.
Order Cancellation and Refund
All orders that have been processed and packed for shipping cannot be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 2 hours of order confirmation. Beyond this time frame, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. The customer can return the order after it is delivered. Check out our Return Policy for more details.
