After careful consideration of the changing federal regulatory landscape surrounding hemp-derived cannabinoid products, I have made the decision to discontinue the NutraHealix® CBD product line effective November 5, 2026.

NutraHealix® has always been committed to providing thoughtfully selected products within the existing federal hemp framework, including the long-standing standard limiting delta-9 THC to no more than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis.

Federal legislation enacted in 2025 changes that framework beginning in November 2026, including a new standard affecting the allowable total amount of THC and certain other cannabinoids in final hemp-derived cannabinoid products.

In response to these changes, NutraHealix® will conclude the retail-product portion of our business.

What happens between now and November 5?

Over the coming weeks, you will see special discounts and promotional offers as we sell through our remaining CBD inventory. Products will be available only while supplies last and will not be restocked.

But this is not goodbye to NutraHealix®.

Our pharmacist-led consulting and educational services will continue, allowing us to remain focused on what has always been central to our mission: helping people make informed decisions through credible, science-based cannabinoid and wellness education.
